Overview

VANISCA is an independent AYVORO concept exploring how an Agadir restaurant could combine warm Mediterranean art direction, a clearer digital menu and a refined table-request experience.

01

Challenge

How can a restaurant experience translate digitally without losing its atmosphere, while still making it easy to explore the cuisine and request a table? This independent exploration was not created in response to a VANISCA commission.

02

Approach

Cinematic Mediterranean imagery, editorial serif typography and a warm espresso, cream, olive and terracotta palette create a measured sense of place. Restrained motion and mobile-first interaction keep the experience practical as well as expressive.

03

Menu experience

The concept uses a curated set of publicly documented dish names: Gambas pil-pil, Salade avocat-crevettes, Risotto aux fruits de mer, Sole farcie aux crevettes, Poulet Alfredo aux champignons, Entrecôte / Ribeye and Crème brûlée. Category filters and dish dialogs add structure without inventing unverified prices.

04

Reservation flow

Choose date → choose time → select guest count → enter contact details → add an optional request → review → VANISCA confirmation required. The six-step flow validates key inputs, supports restart and remains local to the visitor’s device without claiming live availability.

05

Responsive experience

The cinematic hero, menu categories, dish dialogs, reservation controls, navigation, food imagery and contact actions adapt for touch-friendly use across desktop, tablet and mobile.

A complete concept, presented honestly.

This case study documents an independent AYVORO exploration. It is not VANISCA's official website. The food and atmosphere imagery demonstrates the proposed visual direction and does not depict confirmed current dishes or premises; menu references come from public sources, no prices were invented, and table requests remain local until VANISCA confirms directly.
